Chicken Tikka from the butter chicken lady

Tried this and it came out great. I used a grill instead of a skillet which I think both tastes better and is healthier (no ghee or oil!). You're welcome

Ingredients

1 pounds chicken thighs or breast , boneless skinless, cut into bite size cubes
1/2 cup greek yogurt
3-4 cloves garlic minced
2 teaspoons minced ginger minced
1/4 cup cilantro chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoons turmeric
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika for color and a slightly smoky taste
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
Juice of 1 lemon for sprinkling before serving
